Products

We describe and photograph everything as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so a colour may look slightly different in person, and handmade or washed items differ a little piece to piece. Measurements are approximate.

Prices and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where it applies. Stock can run out between you adding an item and paying for it — if that happens after payment, we'll tell you and refund that item in full.

We may correct a price that was listed wrongly. If the correct price is higher than what you paid, we'll ask you first or refund you; we won't charge the difference silently.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline an order — for example if we can't deliver to your PIN code, if stock is gone, or if an order looks fraudulent — and you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

• Online — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, handled on Cashfree's secure page. We never see your card or UPI credentials.
• Cash on Delivery — pay the delivery agent when the parcel arrives, where the service is available.

An order is only treated as paid once our payment gateway confirms it to us.

Using this site

Please don't attempt to break into, overload, scrape or otherwise interfere with the site, and don't place orders you don't intend to accept. We can refuse service where that happens.

Our content

The text, artwork, photographs and design on this site belong to us. You're welcome to share links; please don't copy the content for your own store.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here takes away the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be signed away.

Things outside our control

Strikes, floods, transport shutdowns, courier failures and similar events can delay an order. We'll keep you informed and refund you if we can't deliver.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts where our registered address is located.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
